On Tuesday voters approved a proposed $21.2 million combined town and school budget.
The spending plan is $60,758 more than this year’s operating budget. The increase is the maximum allowed under Woodstock’s spending cap ordinance, Proposition 46.
The school portion of the budget increased $45,569, to $15.7 million. The town budget comes in at $5.5 million, a $15,189 increase from the current year.
Of the town’s 5,048 registered voters, 488, or 9.7 percent, cast ballots Tuesday.
